This course introduces a series of courses based on lectures from the course Masters of War: History's Greatest Strategic Thinkers by Naval War College civilian Professor Andrew R. Wilson, Ph.D. The principles elucidated by these thinkers are being applied to other types of conflict, as in business and sports. Most of us view the night sky with wonder and amazement. Would you like to see more objects in the night sky and in more detail? Join us for a course that will teach you how to do that. We will learn about the tools you need to better see the night sky, as well as what objects you can see. We will have three classroom sessions to discuss these topics, followed by a final evening session at my home to use some of these tools to view some spectacular sights in the sky. You don not need any previous knowledge of science or astronomy to benefit from this course. |
